Making a Purchase

The website is designed to be as easy to use as possible. Browse through the store adding items to your shopping cart as you go.

When you have selected all the items you want click the Checkout button.

You will need to provide your name, address and credit card details on the order. All the information you provide us is transferred over a secure connection and is totally private. For more details about our privacy policy, please see below.

Shipping and Handling

Postage and packaging is calculated as part of your purchase.

Please be aware these delivery prices are calculated based on current postage rates and are subject to change without notice.

For security reasons we can only deliver to the cardholder/account holders address.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to deliver your order right away. We will normally dispatch your order to you in 2 – 4 working days. Delivery is within 2 – 3 working days. If your order does not arrive within 15 working days, please contact us.

Back Orders

Unismart holds most items in stock. If we are temporarily out of stock we will back order for you. You will always be contacted by mail or phoneto advise you when the order will be dispatched.

Unismart will not disclose buyers’ information that is collected at the time of ordering (or registering online) to any third parties without the customer’s permission. We request information from the customer, purely for use on our order form. We require contact details in the form of personal telephone numbers and/or e-mail address so that we can contact you should there be any problems with an order placed all to respond to any queries. Unismart declare that they may share non-personal summary information regarding our customers/sales/traffic etc with associates, partners, or other third parties, but Unismart will not share any information to any third party whatsoever at the individual customer level.

While your individual information is protected as outlined above, we do, however, reserve the right to use aggregated, anonymous data about our users as a group.

Your Right to Return the Products or Cancel a Contract for Services and to Receive a Refund

If you are not satisfied with any Product or the terms of any entitlement to Services you have purchased from us, you may return the Product to us or cancel the entitlement to Services and obtain a refund of the price of the returned Product or Service entitlement if you contact us within 14 Calendar Days of delivery of the Product or entering into the contract for the purchase of Services.

You are liable for the costs of returning a Product. If a Product was supplied in error, is incomplete or faulty and you believe that you are entitled to a replacement, please telephone us on 01932 868233 or email us at cobham@unismart.co.uk. In the event that you are entitled to a replacement, the transportation charges will not be applied.

If you have received the ordered Product(s) and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them you may return the Product(s) to us for a refund, provided that you pay the transportation charges; and you inform us of your decision to cancel the contract within 8 working days of delivery of the Product; and The Product(s) are returned in their original condition and packaging; and The Product(s) are returned in accordance with our instructions below.

Please note that while the Product(s) remain in your possession you are under a duty to ensure that the Product(s) are kept safe and secure.

Steps to Follow to Claim a Refund:

• Please return any products to Unismart. 5 Oakdene Parade, Cobham, Surrey KT11 2 LR

Before returning any Product(s) to Unismart please check that you have:
• Enclosed the goods with labels attached
• Included package for individual items
• Sealed the packaging securely

Following these steps will help ensure the Product(s) arrive at the correct destination and in good condition within a timely fashion. Please note that your failure to follow this procedure may result in the returned Product(s) being rejected upon receipt and you may forfeit your right to a refund.

Please note that we reserve the right to reject any Product(s) that are not returned in accordance with the provisions set out above.

Please can it be noted, we will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. However, if you are not happy with the way we deal with any disagreement and you wish to take the matter further, you must do so within England and Wales and the laws of England and Wales will apply
